ACCESSING MY RESULTS
How does it work?
As part of your insurance exam, laboratory testing will be conducted. Your laboratory results will be available within 7 to 14 days subject to your insurance company’s participation in this service.*
Choose your Lab below:
- CRL
- ExamOne
- You must accept the terms of use to access this website.
- Enter the first 10 digits of your Slip ID. Your Slip ID is on your Kit Insert and/or Consent Form. (Example 80 61601771 11)
- Enter the last four digits of the phone number provided on your Kit Insert and/or Consent Form. (Example 6694)
- How would you like to receive your PIN? By Text Message (Text charges may apply) or By Phone Call.
- Depend on your answer, a pin will be delivered by an automated system.
- Please answer the call/check your texts messages when your phone rings.
- Your PIN is valid for 20 minutes.

Please save or print your lab results for future reference.
Click “Register Here” and be sure to include the barcode number on the sticker that was affixed to the front of your ‘Important Information’ brochure. You will receive an email notification when your results are available. Simply follow the link in the email, and log in using the username and password. You will need to read and accept the Terms of Use on the site. Once you have viewed your results, please take the time to complete our short applicant survey.
When viewing your results, you can choose to view your results graphically or in a simple list. You can also manage your profile information, save as a PDF, print results and share them with your personal physician.
Your results will be available online for one year. If you have any questions about obtaining your results please contact your insurance company or agent.
